Sara

Sara is the Program Director at Coreworks. Sara is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor and Master Instructor. Sara has been practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. Sara brings the variety in her education background to her teaching style and enjoys working with all levels of students. Additionally, Sara works with individuals and small groups to make changes and improve lives as a Hypnotherapist and Transformational Life Coach.

    A full-body class designed to build strength and endurance using Pilates principles combined with functional strength elements. This class bridges the gap between traditional Pilates and strength-focused formats — all while maintaining alignment, breath, and control. Expect compound movements, core integration, and a steady pace to challenge muscular stamina without sacrificing form.

    Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 10 Foundation classes completed.

    Who it’s for: Anyone seeking to refine their form, build movement confidence, or establish a strong base for future classes.  This class is a pre-requisite for Reformer Progression.

    Explore the classical and contemporary advanced Pilates repertoire. Expect seamless transitions, full-body flow, and deep mind-body integration. This class challenges precision, endurance, and technical mastery building toward traditional advanced and super-advanced Pilates repertoire. Focus is on control, precision, and full-body coordination.

    Who it’s for: Students with at least 20 Progression-level classes and strong familiarity with Reformer and Pilates vocabulary.

    This is a one-time FREE Introductory class for new students only. This class will introduce you to the Pilates method and equipment, including the Reformer, the Tower, and the Chair.  This is the place to start for new students. 

  • COLUMBIA - Movement Lab - Deep Unwind
  • Step into deep rest and restoration with this immersive mind-body workshop. We’ll begin with gentle myofascial release techniques designed to ease tension, hydrate the tissues, and create spaciousness throughout the body. Using rollers, balls, and mindful breathing, you’ll soften tight areas and prepare your nervous system for profound relaxation.
    Then we transition into a cozy, fully supported guided meditation to find an effortless, meditative state between wakefulness and sleep that encourages nervous system healing, emotional balance, and deep inner calm. You will leave feeling centered, clear, and renewed.
