Sara is the Program Director at Coreworks. Sara is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor and Master Instructor. Sara has been practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. Sara brings the variety in her education background to her teaching style and enjoys working with all levels of students. Additionally, Sara works with individuals and small groups to make changes and improve lives as a Hypnotherapist and Transformational Life Coach.
Step into deep rest and restoration with this immersive mind-body workshop. We’ll begin with gentle myofascial release techniques designed to ease tension, hydrate the tissues, and create spaciousness throughout the body. Using rollers, balls, and mindful breathing, you’ll soften tight areas and prepare your nervous system for profound relaxation.
Then we transition into a cozy, fully supported guided meditation to find an effortless, meditative state between wakefulness and sleep that encourages nervous system healing, emotional balance, and deep inner calm. You will leave feeling centered, clear, and renewed.
Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a reset for both body and mind.
