Lana
Lana has been teaching Reformer Pilates in her homeland of New Zealand since 2020, now a recent resident in Maryland she is keen to share her passion for gaining strength and stability through Pilates. She loves being part of clients Pilates journeys and enjoys encouraging clients to challenge themselves and never be afraid to try something new. Lana also has a love of yoga and has recently completed her 200hr YTT.

A full-body class for students ready to expand their practice with more variety, creative sequencing, and refined technique. You’ll work with moderate pacing, layered options, and added strength or balance challenges.
Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 3 Foundation classes completed.

This class is held at the COLUMBIA Studio.

A full-body class designed to build strength and endurance using Pilates principles combined with functional strength elements. This class bridges the gap between traditional Pilates and strength-focused formats — all while maintaining alignment, breath, and control. Expect compound movements, core integration, and a steady pace to challenge muscular stamina without sacrificing form.
Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 10 Foundation classes completed.

This class is held at the COLUMBIA Studio.

Increase coordination, flexibility, and control using the Tower. This class includes more complex transitions, integrated movements, and opportunities for challenge, all while remaining grounded in Pilates principles.
Who it’s for: Students with a strong foundation and at least 3 Foundation classes completed.

This dynamic class uses a mix of equipment to challenge coordination, stability, flexibility and movement flow. Every class offers variety while reinforcing form and whole-body awareness.
