Joseph Pilates used the word “powerhouse “ to describe the job of the pelvis. All movements we make are rooted in the stability or mobility of the pelvis. Creating stability allows us to provide support and protection for the spine, allowing greater precision in the upper body control. Pelvic mobility helps to rejuvenate the lumbar spine and realign the disc’s.
This 90 minute Movement Labs is open to all, however some degree of internal awareness is valuable.
