Fran Berndt: Owner and instructor, her love for Pilates is what made Coreworks possible. Fran is a STOTT trained mat and reformer instructor. She teaches all levels of Pilates Mat, Reformer and Tower. Fran also holds Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Integrated certifications from PHI Pilates and Mat certification from the Pilates Coach. Fran has been practicing and studying Pilates since 2000.

Sara Raymond: Office Manager, ACE certified personal trainer, and instructor, Sara teaches classes in all levels of Pilates Mat, Tower, and Reformer. Sara is a STOTT trained Mat and Reformer instructor and holds Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Integrated certifications from PHI Pilates and Mat certification from the Pilates Coach. Sara is also certified in pre/post natal Pilates mat and apparatus. She has been practicing and studying Pilates since 2000.

Michele Brodsky: Michele is the Fitness Director as well as an instructor and Master Personal Trainer. Michele teaches classes in all levels of Pilates mat, reformer, and tower. She has been certified as a personal trainer since 1993 through AFAA, and ACE, as well as Resistance Training Certification from AFAA. In addition, she holds a Pilates Mat certification from the Physicalmind Institute and PHI Pilates, Pilates Reformer Certification from The Pilates Coach, and Integrated certification from PHI Pilates.

Christine Ruane: Chris became a certified Weight Trainer through IWA in 2004. She holds Pilates Mat and Tower Certifications through PHI Pilates and completed her Yoga Teacher Training program in 2007. Teaching since 2005, Chris teaches all levels of Mat, Tower, and Yoga. Chris is also a certified Massage Therapist and practices Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Heated Stone massage.

Susan Daly: Susan holds Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Tower certifications from PHI Pilates and Mat certifications from the Pilates Coach. In addition, she is finishing her White Belt in NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) and pursuing a certificate in Shiatsu. Susan has been practicing and studying Pilates since 1999. She began teaching in 2004 and currently teaches all levels of Mat.

Holly Byron: Holly is an ACE certified personal trainer and holds a Bachelors of Science in Education. She incorporates her 15 years of dance experience and her extensive background working with children of all ages into her fitness classes and personal training sessions. Classes led by Holly focus on group strength and overall fitness.

Pam Everett: Pam has been practicing and studying Pilates mat and reformer since 2004. She is certified to teach mat and reformer through PHI Pilates.

Les Raymond: Les is an avid Triathlete who focuses on a healthy balance of strength, endurance, and flexibility. Les is a recognized leader in the mortgage industry throughout the community. Les enjoys the opportunity to help others achieve their physical goals as an ACE certified personal trainer.
