Michele
Michele is the Fitness Director as well as an instructor and Master Personal Trainer. Michele teaches classes in all levels of Pilates mat, reformer, and tower. She has been certified as a personal trainer since 1993 through AFAA, and ACE, as well as Resistance Training Certification from AFAA. In addition, she holds a Pilates Mat certification from the Physicalmind Institute and PHI Pilates, Pilates Reformer Certification from The Pilates Coach, and Integrated certification from PHI Pilates. She is also a faculty member at Balanced Body University and teaches their teacher certification program.
