Ki-Hara Flexibility Workshop, Saturday, January 28, 2012 from 1pm- 5pm
Flexibility training for most people provides inconsistent (and slow) results. Ki-Hara training will increase your flexibility and strength every time you train. Ki-Hara uses a person’s own resistance to strengthen and elongate their muscles for immediate results. Ki-Hara will systematically stretch your entire body, identifying and addressing your problematic muscle groups along the way. Ki-Hara is great for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels because you tailor the resistance to your own needs. $100 Register Here
