Coreworks Studio in Columbia is a unique fitness studio offering a variety of mind-body exercises to rejuvenate and strengthen your life. All of the following exercise formats are available in small group classesprivate, or semi-privatelessons.

We offer small class sizes which allow our qualified instructors to give personal attention to the important details of body alignment.  Choose from a variety of programs. Whether your goals are to excel at your chosen sport, slow the aging process, or find enjoyable exercise alternatives--we have what you are looking for. 

Specialized programs are available for children, seniors, dancers, athletes, and pre- and post-natal individuals. We work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors, in regards to specific health concerns. Our schedule is flexible to accommodate individuals as well as small groups and customized classes. Call, e-mail, or stop by with any questions.

Policies:


  • Please arrive on time to your scheduled class.  If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to class, you will not be admitted to participate.  It is disruptive to the instructor and the other students if you arrive late.  It is also unsafe to miss the warm up and jump into class after the first 10 minutes.  
  • No cell phones in the class rooms.  If you choose to bring your cell phone into the studio, please silence it and leave it in the changing room. 
  • 24 hour cancellation policy--if you have a package of 6 or 12 classes, one class will be deducted for a late cancel or if you do not show up or cancel.
  • If you are an unlimited member and cancel within our 24 hour window, you will be charged $10.  If you do not show up to the class you have signed up for, you will be charged $15.
  • Keep outside conversations to a minimum in the class rooms, this is a mind body practicing facility.  
  • Keep voices low in the hallways--there are treatment rooms on the left.  People enjoy quiet while getting massage, acupuncture, and energy healing work.
