Introducing the Master Pilates Class with Michele: This 2 hour class begins with mat to warm up the core and mobilize the spine and joints. Then move to the reformer for high level stability exercises. Next, try some new and exciting Tower work. This special class will help you to refine joint and spine stability, while uncovering hidden imbalances. Explore external muscle release to increase fluid movement with the right amount of internal control. Limit 6 students. This is an advanced level class for those with no injuries.
